Higher order impedance boundary condition-fast multipole algorithm for RCS computation of chiral coated cylinders

In this hybrid method for the RCS computation of chiral coated conducting cylinders, the relationship between the surface electric and magnetic currents is described by higher order differential equations, and the integral equations for the boundary electric and magnetic currents are solved by the fast multipole algorithm. Computational results show the validity and efficiency of this method.
