Propagation over an arbitrary constant impedance plane for arbitrary primary sources, exact series and complete asymptotics with error functions

We present here a compact solution for the electromagnetic field scattered by an arbitrary constant impedance plane (passive or active), considering exact potentials for arbitrary primary current sources. The special function involved in our expressions are rewritten with non-singular integral expression, for which we derive exact series and complete asymptotics, both expressed in terms of error functions.
