1550nm-Wavelength Metalens Demonstrated on 12-Inch Si CMOS Platform

We first demonstrate a 1550nm wavelength metalens based on 12-inch Si CMOS platform, where the designed metalens was patterned by 12-inch 193 nm immersion lithography, and subsequently etched by ICP etcher, which is compatible with mass production.
