Simulation of Key Elements in 25Gbps Channel

With the development of the technology society and the continuous advancement of integrated circuit related device design processes,the impact of signal bandwidth and transmission rate on multimedia technology is becoming more and more significant,and its most direct performance is the increase in circuit complexity, printed circuit board (PCB) to multi-layer, high density, low loss and rapid development. The traditional direct interconnection method can not meet the needs of high-speed design. Therefore, the high-speed serial interconnection method appears in a large number of board-level design structures.Design for a cross-backplane channel with a signal rate of 25Gbps, to ensure its stable and reliable serial interconnection, the signal integrity (SI) problem caused by high-speed transmission must be considered. The signal integrity simulation analysis of the key elements of high-speed serial link appears particularly important.
