Cancer Diagnosis System for Classifying Clinically Actionable Genetic Mutation

Machine learning which is sub branch of Artificial Intelligence as helped many medical diagnoses in the form of disease prediction or detection and further diagnosis or prognosis. Generally, for healthcare of cancer diagnosis data scientists use medical records like X-Ray reports and other text-based reports or they use images of different scanning tests. In this system, we are going to use Gene as a primary key and we are going to predict whether there can be a chance of cancer with the mutation or variation on that particular gene. Some variations or mutations can lead to cancer. Lot of research has been done on this by molecular biologists to identify which variation can lead to cancer. So, for a given gene and a variation it is getting hard to predict whether he/she may have cancer by the pathologists. We are helping them by automating the work of referring to the literature of the research done using machine learning.
