Reflective Deep Relief Structure with Variable Depth Produced by the Action of Modified Femtosecond Laser Radiation

This article describes a method of manufacturing a deep relief structure of variable depth, based on the chemical etching of glass modified by femtosecond laser radiation. An effective model of deep relief structure of variable depth, suitable for use in optical filters, is proposed.
