Division of working variable domain fuzzy PID control for valley electric phase change heat storage

Aiming at the valley electric phase change heat storage and heating system, there are two different working conditions: using valley electric heating for heat storage, at the same time the furnace is used for heating, and the non-valley electric period is only for heating. The parameters of the system vary greatly under different working conditions. The variable-domain fuZZY PID controller with different working conditions was designed. The domain expansion factor of fuzzy PID controller under different working conditions is adaptively adjusted. The experimental results show that the proposed control method can realize the real-time tracking of the expected heating temperature under different working conditions, significantly reduce the temperature error of the heating effluent and improve the heating reliability.
