Smart Dumpster Monitoring System Using Efficient Route Finding Algorithm

As the population growth and the industries increases in now a days, wastes generated by the humans also increased, peoples are polluted and disease spreads due to odour from wastes in roadside. In an existing paper, level of garbage in the bin is detected and alert send to the officers to clear the bin. The problem is detecting the bin which is filled is challengeable. The proposed system is to take responsible of the garbage which is present inside the dumpster. In This system all dumpster carrying UV sensors used to reveal the level of the dumpster and battery is used as a power source. Every dumpster has a unique id to be provided which can be used to find out easily which dumpster gets filled. The level of the dumpster is fixed based on dumpster size using sensor and notification is sent to the municipal office via SMS. With the help of RFID provided for the dumpster, used to give the unique id for the dumpster. Alert message is sent using GSM module to the officers used to take action to clear the dumpster. With the help of the GPS, Efficient route finding (ERF) algorithm is used to find the nearest path of the filled dumpster to clear and give odorless and healthy environment.
