Simulation of Characteristics of Dynamic Optical Interference

Dynamic optical interferences were simulated in the form of a spectral radiation flux for direct and alternating current incandescent lamps. The analysis of the known approaches to the modeling of dynamic interferences in the form of radiation from incandescent lamps was carried out. Analytical dependencies for modeling were formulated. Radiation was simulated for direct current (5 W) incandescent lamp and alternating current (40 W) incandescent lamp. Mathematical modeling was performed using the Matlab software package. A special package for solving differential equations was used in Matlab. Dynamic characteristics of the change in filament temperature were obtained. The maximum measured temperature for the DC incandescent lamp is 2500 K. The maximum temperature of the AC incandescent lamp is 2450 K. The spectral radiation flux of the incandescent lamp was calculated from the dynamics of filament temperature. The rise and fall times of the integral radiation flux for the DC lamp were τ = 0.14 s and τ = 0.3 s, respectively. The rise and fall times for the AC lamp were τ = 0.06 s and τ = 0.12 s. An experiment was conducted to test the adequacy of the simulation. The calculated data at the output of the model correspond to the experimental data (the filament temperature and the dynamics of changes in the integral flux of optical radiation). Thus, the developed model is adequate.
