Mathematical Model of Equivalent Stress Value Dependence from Displacement of RF MEMS Membrane

In the paper, a mathematical model of equivalent stress value dependence from displacement of RF MEMS membrane is developed. For this the influence of displacement of RF MEMS membrane on equivalent stress value is simulated. According to the simulation results, a mathematical model describing this parameters dependence is developed. The assessment of model is presented.
