The paper is connected to the research of crankshaft position magnetoelectric sensor with signal processing implementation for controller area network (CAN) applications. The signal processing and CAN bus give remarkable opportunity to integrate crankshaft position magnetoelectric sensor into modern automotive systems. The advantage of this design is the high sensitivity, the relatively low cost of the sensor and high reliability.
