Nonlinear modeling and parameter identification for electro-hydraulic servo system

The article concerns the modeling and identification of parameters of nonlinear systems described by the Hammerstein model with asymmetrical static nonlinearities. The possibilities of applying dynamic identification with a discrete linear model in the evaluation of the dynamics of electro-hydraulic servo-drive are presented. This assessment is of key importance when designing modern power or positioning control systems. Experimental data is used to determine the dynamics of the real system model and to estimate the unknown parameters of the model. The article presents selected results of current identification tests of the electro-hydraulic servo system, as a result of which a discrete parametric model of object was derived.
