Modeling Method of Security and Stability Control Device for Intelligent Substation Based on IEC61850

In this paper, power grid security and stability control device (SSCD) information and interface standardization achievement for traditional substation are summarized initially, and then present SSCD information and interface demand for intelligent substation. After that, The SSCD's input, output, internal fixed value, alarm, fault, action logic and other information are generalized and organized, The realization of the information exchange, data read and write, report, control, replacement, setting and file service of SSCD is researched deeply. Finally, the IEC6180 modeling method and software implementation method for SSCD are proposed.
