Complex Modeling of Thermal Calculation for Device Determining the Star Coordinates

The photodetector unit in the device complex for determining the coordinates of stars has been investigated. The purpose of the study was to solve the problem of assessing the reliability degree of the simulation results using CAD in addition to determining the temperature and its distribution among the main nodes of the device. From the analysis of the obtained results, it follows that for cases when the results are acceptable with an error up to 20-30%, it will be possible to use three-dimensional models with assumptions about "ideal contact". For other cases (error results up to 10-12%) it will be necessary to carry out modeling with the obligatory account of the thermal resistance of the contact.
