Increase in Energy Efficiency of Oil and Gas Companies by Perfecting of Management Systems

The aim of this paper is to develop a method of intellectualizing information and measuring systems, designed to control the complex of parameters of sophisticated multiphase flows under uncertainty and its implementation by the example of creating methodology for an adaptive information and measuring system of the transported oil parameters and detecting organic deposits on the pipeline inner surface to improve the efficiency of the implementable state information system of the fuel and energy sector and to determine optimal operation specifications for the oil transportation process control system. The assigned aim achievement provides for improving energy and environmental performance of oil enterprises, reducing the anthropogenic impact induced by the fuel and energy sector on the ambient medium. This paper presents grounding for the structure of the measuring system, designed to provide effective non-separation measurements of dynamic oil flows in pipelines and the thickness of paraffin deposits on the pipeline inner surface. A computer model for simulating the operation of an automated process control system for oil transportation, according to the MatLAB mathematical computing system, the SimuLink software package, was developed based on the proposed intelligent system use.
