Receiving Feedback from Young Specialists – University Graduates

University graduates surveys are regularly conducted at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” to receive feedback regarding their education. The article presents the method and the results of the online survey conducted in 2018. The respondents were graduates of 2016 who had worked for at least 2 years after their graduation. The survey has analyzed the current work activities of young specialists, the demand for professional competencies in their work, and their satisfaction with the education received at university. Comparison of the demand level for professional competencies and satisfaction of young specialists with the competencies they had received at university allows identifying ways of improving the educational services.
