IT Project Team Management based on a Network-Centric Model

The article deals with the problems of interaction management of remote working groups involved in the implementation of a large IT project. The groups have a high degree of autonomy, so the idea of using network-centric elements in management was proposed and it became the basis for the development of the project structure.
