Assessment of Drift of Gyroscopic Systems Built on the Basis of Microelectromechanical Sensors

Determination of the main navigational parameters of a marine mobile object with the maximum possible accuracy is an urgent task of complex processing of navigational information. Accuracy, first of all, depends on the quality of navigational sensors (sensors of navigation information) and algorithms for processing navigation signals. For gyroscopic systems, which are used at the heart of navigation meters, there are constant and random components of gyroscope care trends. The using of microelectromechanical sensors, combined into sensor arrays, is relevant in the construction of modern navigation systems. Such parameters as the structure and nature of the noise components in the measurement channels have a significant effect on the reliability of the estimate of the measured value itself. The method of Allan variance is recommended to use in solving similar problems. Separate filtering of data streams from each sensor and their weighted estimation are proposed to improve the accuracy of navigation information evaluation.
