Demonstration of Hardware-effective Phase shift-based Symbol-masking for Secure Coherent QPSK System

We propose and demonstrate a secure 10 Gsymbol/s QPSK system using digital-domain phase shift-based symbol-masking at the post-symbol mapper, which can be half circuit speed compared to the current commercialized 256-bit AES algorithm.
