On the Development of an AC-Quantum Voltmeter

This paper presents an AC-Quantum voltmeter based on a 1 V programmable Josephson array, a purpose-built sigma-delta digitizer, a clock generator and a custom AC bias source. The highlights of this system are briefly described and supported by preliminary measurements.
