Remotely Accessible, Low Power Network Attached Storage Device

Accessibility of computer memory has been a taxing subject since the introduction of high storage devices. With the inception of Industry 4.0, the demand for connecting the client devices over a WAN has seen an exceptional rise. With IoT and cloud computing hailed as the future, the interlinking of devices over a network is a necessity. However, remote access is being provided at the expense of high power consumption and shallow security for sensitive data being sent across the channel. This project is aimed at reducing the power consumption and providing a comprehensive layer of security, as well as authentication for the data being read or written without compromising on the portability of data.
