Reflected signal variations simulation and estimation when multi polarization measurements

In this paper, the simulation of the energy distribution of signal reflected from liquid hydrometeors assemble over the antennas of multi polarimetric radar for cases of stable atmosphere and under the moderate turbulence is shown and analyzed. The simulation of dependency of values of vibration magnitude with respect to the average level of the reflected signal on the polarization of receiving antennas in decibels is calculated, presented and analyzed. The simulation results show that reflected electromagnetic wave energy variation caused by wind and wind related phenomena can be registered by polarimetric radar and then used for further processing. The results of the paper can be used for segregation of reflected signal magnitude variation due to the wind related phenomena and other factors.
