An empirical study of key factors influencing on IOIS diffusion

The Inter-organizational information system has become the main means for resource sharing, interaction and external cooperation in the organization. It is importance to discover the key elements which could improve their information exchange and sharing efficiency. This article puts forward five factors which can influence the diffusion of IOIS. It determine the impact by the way of direct and indirect effects that is based on constructing and analyzing the Inter - organizational Information System Influencing Factors Model with questionnaires and structural equation modeling methods. Studies have shown that the convenience, usability, security and quality of information sharing among interorganizational information systems are the key factors in promoting the diffusion of interorganizational information systems.
