Novel wireless communication system using ultra wideband pulse triplet-signals

Novel ultra wideband (UWB) communication system using pulse triplet-signals and bispectrum-based strategy in decision making for triplet-signal detection and discrimination in wireless channel contaminated by additive noise and strong fading is suggested. Performance of suggested strategy is studied for multipath Rayleigh and multipath Rician wireless channels. It is demonstrated that suggested bispectrum-based approach provides considerable gain of interference immunity in noisy and fading wireless communication channels as compared with common UWB communication systems.
