Apparatus and method for mixed signal circuit scan safe check and insertion

In mix-signal circuits' design, there may some scan safe points missing which leads quiescent supply current (iddq) increase and also scan patterns fails. Normally designer will check them manually by waveform in backend level or design code which may be inefficiency and tricky. With this method designer can find possible missing points in RTL level and mix signal simulation which reduces the test power, speeds up the flow and increases the quality of test result.
