Design of intelligent car based on WiFi video capture and OpenCV gesture control

This paper mainly introduces the design method of intelligent car based on WiFi video capture and OpenCV gesture control, including hardware design, the implementation process of gesture control, software design and experimental test results. The intelligent car is based on the platform of STM32 microcontroller and computer, using image processing technology to identify digital gestures collected by the RGB camera in PC terminal and transferring the corresponding control instructions to the STM32 microcontroller through the WiFi wireless router to control the car. At the same time, the PC terminal completes the access of the video stream collected by the car through the wireless router, and then realizes the surveillance on the scene of car. The intelligent car designed in this paper, using WiFi technology for long distance data transmission, can be applied to the scene survey, video surveillance and other occasions, has a broad application prospect.
