Research and implementation of acceleration recorder based MSV3000

In this paper, we designed a real-time data recording system for the characteristics of the three-axis acceleration sensor MSA3000-100. The system consists of low-pass filtering, data acquisition, storage and data analysis. The system master adopts the STM32 chip. Firstly, the analog voltage information outputted by the sensor is pre-processed by the active first-order low-pass filter composed of LM358, and then the CPU is used to collect high-speed AD, and the data is real-time based on the SPI communication protocol. Stored in the Winbond high-capacity high-speed memory chip W25Q128. PC programming software to collect the data to optimize the combination of FIR filter to show, more intuitive to show the data changes. According to the simulation and actual test results show that the design of real-time data recording system is effective, long storage time, reliable, easy to observe, convenient and practical.
