Research on the Method of Spare Parts Ordering Point Based on Residual Life Prediction

Aiming at the ordering problem of the key spare parts whose life is consistent with Weibull distribution, an optimization method based on residual life prediction is proposed considering both residual life and the lead time. Firstly, the Weibull distribution parameters of the component life are estimated according to the historical data of the airline and the state change information of the part on wing, based on which the remaining life prediction model is established, Then, build an optimization model taking the lead time of spare parts and the desired reliability threshold as optimization variables, and the best spare parts ordering point is obtained. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
