Controlling the process of coordination of complex layout objects of microelectronic systems in conditions of uncertainty of design rules

The results of the research carried out by the authors on automation of the process of cell alignment in information systems of hierarchical process tolerant design of CMOS VLSI macroblocks layout in conditions of uncertainty of design rules are presented. The developed model of the macroblock cell is described, which provides the high efficiency control of the layout compaction.
