Instruments and organizational support for the control mechanism of increasing the industrial technological capabilities

This article describes the management methods for increasing the industry technological capabilities, which includes instruments for determining the level and quality of technological capabilities. Tools are aimed to obtain an objective assessment of the actual level of technological capabilities and its growth factors, in particular it allows to estimate the accumulated (dynamic capabilities), and the consumable (resource, efficient content) components of technological capabilities that will form the perspective directions of technological capacity-building and industrial production.
