UKF for nonlinear systems with event-triggered data transmission and packet dropout

This paper focuses on the design of a filter for nonlinear systems with packet dropout and event-triggered transmission mechanism. The filtering scheme on event-triggered transmission mechanism is used reduce the number of measurement transmissions. A random binary variable is introduced to model the arrivals of measurements. In this paper, our purpose is to design an event-triggered unscented Kahnan filter (EUKF) with packet dropout An illustrative application example is introduced to verify the performance of this proposed filter.
