I. Introduction
This research is concentrated on classifying the coffee smell in Thailand market. It consists of 1) Moccona-select, 2) Moccona-royal gold, 3) Nescafe redcup, 4) Nescafe gold, 5) Khao Shong brown, 6) Khao Shong red, 7) Oem-Big C and 8) Superclass. The project uses an electronic sensor which has a high sensitivity on several different smells that can classify many types of coffee. It is called an electronic nose or E-nose.
