Abstract:

Based on simulated annealing genetic algorithm to optimize the AP method was proposed, the location and number of AP achieved to optimization, obtained the optimization goal of reaching the maximum coverage with at least number of AP. By improving the crossover to implement the optimal retain strategy, speed up the convergence of the algorithm and avoid a premature.

I. INTRODUCTION

Wireless local area network (WLAN), using wireless channel instead of the traditional transmission media, can make all kinds of terminals in network achieve the interconnection to the cable network out of bound, thereby acquiring a increasing wide range of applications. In the oil field, due to the transformers used in well-drilling machines and machine-production well with characteristics of a large of numbers, scattered locations and at outdoor, no buildings block the view, is very suitable for WLAN transmission of data collection so as to effectively solve the problem of the exchange of information between power management and oil field distribution network terminal.
