Effects of impedances of primary winding and mutual inductor on distortion of flux waveform in single sheet tester

The effects of the impedances of the primary winding and the mutual inductor for airflux compensation of a single sheet tester (SST) on the distortion of flux waveform are investigated in order to design an optimal construction of SST. It is shown that the layers which compose the winding should be connected in series.
