The development of the transmission and reflection type microscope using digital hologram

To obtain the exact phase information of the microscopic object, it is important that the object is illuminated by plane in the same phase. The lens was designed to illuminate the object by plane wave. So this microscope system is available also in reflection mode not only transmission mode.
