Remote determination of the structure constant profile from amplitude scintillation data using Tikhonov's regularized inverse method

An inversion technique based on Tikhonov's regularized Fourier inverse transform method for solving convolution equations is developed. The technique is useful in determining structure constant data on a propagation path from electromagnetic (EM) scintillation data.
