Research on Surface Defect Detection of Aluminum Profile Based on Attention Mechanism ResNet

With deep research in artificial intelligence and deep learning techniques, attention mechanism-based ResNet networks are widely used in image recognition. However, surface defect detection of aluminum profiles is still a challenging task. Based on the above, this paper mainly studies the problems in the surface defect detection of aluminum profiles. First, it introduces the attention mechanism of ResNet and its theoretical basis. Second, a surface defect detection system of aluminum based on an attention mechanism is designed. In addition, experimental verification and result analysis were carried out. The proposed ResNet based on the attention mechanism has a good recognition effect and has high research significance and application value in the industrial field.
