Design of Static Accuracy Testing System for Harmonic Reducer

Harmonic reducer has the characteristics of small return difference, large range of single-stage reduction ratio, smooth motion, high transmission efficiency, etc., which is widely used in aerospace, weaponry, mechatronics and other technical fields. In order to ensure the meshing performance of the key transmission components in the harmonic reducer, and to check the assembly quality of the reducer and the manufacturing accuracy of its parts, and to ensure the quality and reliability of the stand-alone products, it is necessary to measure the dimensions and coordination accuracy of the key parts during its manufacturing and assembly, such as the radial runout and the end face runout of its output shaft. In this paper, a harmonic reducer static accuracy testing system is designed, which can dynamically load torque to realize the output shaft stiffness and accuracy testing of reducer products. This paper also calculates and analyzes the accuracy testing error of the testing system.
