Research and Design of Elevator Door Circuit Monitoring Device

Aiming at the problems that the electrical safety device which proves that the elevator door is in the locked and closed state has artificial intentional bypass, and it is tedious to find the fault point, an elevator door state monitoring system based on STM32 is designed. The data acquisition and data processing system uses STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the monitoring core of the elevator door status. It uses sensors to collect various status information of the elevator door. After data processing and analysis, it compares with the elevator control system data to obtain the fault information of the door status and carries out various fault alarms and displays in real time. The reliability and stability of the system can be tested by simulating the fault of the elevator door state, which can accurately judge the type and location of the elevator door failure. It not only provides accurate information for handling the elevator door fault, but also solves the accident hidden danger of deliberately bypassing the elevator door switch.
