Coordinated Planning and Control Strategy of Source-Load-Storage in Distribution Network Based on Improved HHO-GSA Algorithm

With the increasing application of new energy and energy storage in the distribution network, the uncertainty of the source end and the load end has brought a severe test to the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. Therefore, this paper proposes a source-load-storage coordinated planning control strategy for distribution network based on improved Harris Hawk Optimization-Genetic Simulated Annealing (HHO-GSA) algorithm. Firstly, considering the double uncertainty of source and load, the source-load time series model is established. Secondly, A two-layer model of source-load-storage coordinated planning control is established. The upper model makes decisions on the location and capacity of new energy and energy storage. The lower model establishes a multi-objective optimization model under various constraints for the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. Then, the golden sine strategy is introduced to improve the HHO-GSA algorithm, and the improved algorithm is used to solve the two-layer model. Finally, the simulation is carried out in the IEEE33 node distribution system. The simulation results show that the network loss can be reduced by 15 % while reducing the cost, and the voltage and frequency quality can be improved by about 10 %, which improves the safe operation efficiency of the distribution network.
