Modeling Method of Storage Reliability Considering Performance Degradation and Sudden Failure

Aiming at the problem of equipment storage reliability, this paper studies the modeling method of storage reliability considering performance degradation and sudden failure. Firstly, a multi parameter fusion method based on Minkowski distance is proposed to address the difficulty of characterizing the degree of degradation in complex equipment with multiple components and performance parameters. This approach achieves the fusion of multiple performance parameters into a performance parameter that can describe the overall degradation state of the product. Then, a product degradation failure model considering stochastic processes is established, and then a product degradation failure model considering the impact of degradation failure is established using a proportional risk model. Finally, a case study is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and method in this paper.
