Dual Band PA Linearization by Combined Techniques DPD Compensation Technique and Digital Second Order Linearization Technique

In this paper, a dual band power amplifier performing at two frequencies is linearized by two combined techniques: 1. one iteration of the Compensation DPD technique and 2. digital

order technique which produces adequate

order signals in the baseband that modulate the

harmonic of the fundamental signal. The linearization process of the dual band PA is performed independently for selected frequency bands in simulation and obtained results for different input power levels are acquired for the 5G FBMC signal. order technique is applied separately.
