Design of single-electron information-processing circuit for particle computation

We propose a unique single-electron (SE) circuit to perform particle computation. The circuit is composed of “commanding direction for particles” circuits and “collision detection” circuits, both of which are composed of single electron oscillators (SEOs). In this study, we designed and simulated a 2-input particle computation logic gate with two particles and two commands. As results, we confirmed that our circuit operated correctly as desired.
