Single CFOA based Grounded Meminductor Emulator and its Applications

This study introduces a new grounded meminductor emulator that combines a single Current Feedback Operational Amplifier (CFOA), a memristor and necessary passive components. The proposed circuit eliminates the need for multiple building blocks, offering features like individual resistive tunability, which is lacking in traditional single op-amp-based simulators designed for similar impedances. Simulations were conducted using LTspice software and a 0.18μm CMOS technology platform. Additionally, the proposed meminductor emulator has practical significance in the development of a chaotic oscillator.
