An Electronically Tunable DDCC- Based Floating Meminductor Emulator and Its Application in Chua's Oscillator

This paper presents a novel circuit for emulating a floating flux-controlled meminductor, employing a minus-type differential difference current conveyor (DDCC-). Utilizing a single DDCC-, along with a resistor, memristor, and capacitor, the circuit is simulated using TSMC CMOS process parame-ters in LTspice. Simulation results encompass input current- flux relationships, time responses, memory characteristics, and Monte Carlo analysis. Notably, the circuit enables adjustable flux values through transconductance gain and input current signal frequency, eliminating the need for passive component matching. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the proposed meminductor emulator is validated by integrating it as a non-linear element in Chua's chaotic oscillator, underscoring its potential applications.
