An Adjustable High Precision Clock Signal Generation Circuit

Using the temperature compensation circuit to compensate the charging current. The output frequency is corrected using a capacitance calibration circuit. The delay elimination circuit is adopted to reduce the delay of the comparator. Finally, an adjustable high precision and high stability clock signal generation circuit is designed. The simulation results show that the output frequency is 2MHz and the duty cycle is 50% under the typical conditions. By frequency calibration, the accuracy can finally reach ±0.2%. The clock circuit has the characteristics of high precision, stability, small size and easy integration.
