A Comprehensive Assessment Method of Power Supply Reliability and New Energy Consumption Reliability Considering the Interaction of Flexibility Resources

Aiming at the problem that the combined impact of flexibility resources on the reliability of system power supply and the reliability of new energy consumption has not been measured accurately, this paper proposes a comprehensive assessment method for the reliability of power supply and the reliability of new energy consumption that takes into account the interaction of flexibility resources. First, the impact of various types of flexibility resources on power supply reliability and new energy consumption reliability is analyzed. Second, a flexibility resource scheduling model is established to improve the reliability of source and load. Third, a reliability assessment method based on Monte Carlo method considering flexibility resources is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a single feeder example.
