Synergy of Artificial Intelligence Efficiency in 5G Mobile Communication Networks

The use of artificial intelligence technologies in the production of mobile communication services of the latest generations has a wide range of manifestations of efficiency synergy, both external to users and internal to increase the efficiency of network production. The task is to develop an approach to the comprehensive measurement of all parameters of the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence in 5G networks, taking into account the dual nature of their manifestations. The formulation of the problem has a pioneering character and requires a systematic approach to establishing various manifestations of efficiency synergy, systematizing them and justifying the most acceptable ways to solve it. The solution to the problem consists in the application of new methods of synergetics, qualimetry, and integration of a variety of parameters. The proposed system of indicators of the synergetic effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence in 5G networks, based on the principles of hierarchy, the model for calculating the integral coefficient and the algorithm for implementing the integrated expert method, is confirmed by the results of testing on a real example, taking into account the technical parameters of the 5G mobile communication standard. This approach can be used as a tool for making more informed decisions on the creation of product, technological and resource-network innovations coordinated with all components of the mobile communication system, including the architecture of future networks, information transmission media, and radio frequency spectrum bands.
