Marketing Strategy of AI E-commerce Platform Based on User Profile

Through the collection and analysis of a large amount of data on user characteristics, consumption behavior, and other data, three types of user profiles were derived: high-value quality users, energetic quality users, and growth users. The data were standardized to cluster and analyze. As a result, a precision marketing strategy for different groups was proposed, and the effects of the strategy implementation were evaluated. The results showed that the implementation of the strategy based on the precise marketing strategy and user profiles increased the sales of the store significantly, proving the effectiveness of the precise marketing strategy.
