Early Warning of Corporate Financial Risk Based on Artificial Intelligence

The advent of the digital economy makes enterprises face complex and diversified financial risks. However, traditional data methods do not provide early warning of the enterprise's financial risks. AI technology improves the efficiency of data processing and identifies financial risks scientifically and effectively. Based on AI technology and principal component analysis, key indicators in the financial data were determined to establish the early warning model of financial risk in this study. The model detects potential risk signals effectively and provides important reference for enterprise management decisions.
